Hiring Automotive Office Personnel



The Romano Auto Dealerships are seeking full-time Accounting Office Personnel. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience in automotive accounting, cashiering, and/or accounts payable is preferred, but we are willing to train from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities and Hours vary based on individual dealership needs. Average weekly hours range from 40-45. Some Saturdays may be required, but we offer a great work/life balance. The dealerships are only open from 8:30am until 6pm during the week, and from 8:30am until 3pm/4pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Some basic responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the phones
  • Cashiering 
  • DMV paperwork
  • Automotive Accounting
  • Excel and database computer work
  • Filing
